Tom and I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your entire crew for the work you did on our house. You really made what could have been a very stressful experience into one that ran as smoothly as possible. When I tell others that I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and then had a newborn while half of my house was under renovation, and I say it like it was no big deal, they are amazed. I happily tell them that it was due to your exceptional organizational skills and communication. It was such a pleasure to feel that we were working together on the project. Every day we knew what to expect, who would be here, what they were to complete, etc., and whenever any unexpected issues arose, you handled them swiftly and appropriately. We always felt like you were personally invested in the outcome, and that you took great pride in your work.
We also want to thank your subcontractors. Not only did they do a great job, but it was clear that they had worked together before, and that camaraderie made it pleasant to have so many people in and out of our home. We would be happy to talk to anyone who is considering working with you in the future, and also give you permission to include a copy of this letter as a reference as you meet with new clients.
